Patricia A. Concannon, Esq. is actively engaged in the practice of real estate law in all areas.  Appointed as a Trustee of the Mercer County Bar Association Real Estate Section in 2005, Ms. Concannon stays abreast of new developments in the law by planning and attending seminars on topics of interest to real estate practitioners.  Ms. Concannon has represented commercial real estate clients in multi-million dollar closings as well as first-time homebuyers.  Ms. Concannon is sensitive to the differing needs of her various clients.  The real estate department at Markowitz Gravelle, LLP can assist residential clients by reviewing their contracts for purchase and sale, suggesting changes to the contract that would make the document more favorable to the clients, reviewing title searches and resolving any issues that may delay a closing.  Ms. Concannon and our capable staff can draft any and all documents needed to protect the rights of our clients and convey their property.  We may also be of assistance to clients with Landlord Tenant matters and Probate issues that may affect their ability to convey or purchase property.
